Sponsor a Horse

Artemis Hill Farm is a dedicated rescue and sanctuary providing a safe, loving home for horses in need. Whether they have been rescued from neglect, retired from work, or simply needed a second chance, every horse at Artemis Hill Farm is given the care, rehabilitation, and compassion they deserve.

By sponsoring a horse, you can directly support their food, veterinary care, and daily needs, ensuring they continue to live a peaceful and happy life. Sponsorship is a meaningful way to make a difference—whether you choose to sponsor a specific horse or contribute to the farm’s overall mission, your support helps provide these incredible animals with a forever home.

Meet the Horses

Here are the amazing animals that call Artemis Hill Farm their home!

Rose

Thoroughbred, 18 years old

Rose came to us as a gift, rescued from Zenerjen and rehabilitated. We have spent a lot of time healing her wounds and proving to her that humans are not all bad. She's smart and wildly athletic.

Bourbon Bay

Standardbred, 14 years old

Bourbon broke the world record for trotting in 2017 and now spends his days doing whatever he wants. When I got him he didn't know how to be a horse, we have worked hard on building his trust in people and his playfulness and confidence. He loves to connect and meditate.

Scottie

Paint, 15 years old

Scottie came with the farm and has always been a teacher of healthy boundaries. He's up for anything and loves to be challenged and have fun!

Moby Dick

Mini Pony, 19 years old

I rescued Mo from 13 Hands and his journey has been all about finding comfort in his surroundings. He's still skittish at times, but he's come a long way. He loves checking pockets for treats.

Cpt Nipper

Mini Donkey, 6 years old

Captain came with the farm and has always been affectionate and loving. He loves to cuddle and to nibble on toes.

Olliver Twist

Mini Horse, 25 years old

I rescued Ollie from 13 hands and he's been a snuggle bug from the start. His energy has always felt like he's been around the block and is not phased by much.

Mama Donk

Mini Donkey, 14 years old

Mom to Cpt Nipper, mama has always been very reserved and cautious, but she's just as loving and affectionate as her son. She's always vocal and greets visitors with her loud Brey voice.
